The rare and precious Codified Sequence teaching the using method of « Cudgel - Trượng (仗) » from Đại-Việt is the one of « Pertuisane-Cudgel - Xà-Mâu Trượng » ( 蛇 矛 仗 ) transcribed by 6 Coded Lines of Verse (42 characters) writen under the form of Heptametrical Poem, coding the wielding specific techniques of the Đại-Việt's Cudgel.
That's there a Codified Sequence handed down to the posterity by the Battlefields Martial Arts School System of Grand-Master Phạm-Tường, whom descendant is our Grand-Master Phạm-Thi.

La Codified Sequence teaching the using method of the «Sun-Moon Cudgel - Nhật-Nguyệt Trượng» (日月仗) from the School System of BÌNH-ĐỊNH SA-LONG-CƯƠNG is the one transcribed by 36 Coded Lines of Verse (144 characters).
Because the «Sun-Moon Cudgel - Nhật-Nguyệt Trượng» (日月仗) belongs to the weapon born from the Pole-Arm « Halberd - Trường-Kích », so Martial Student needs to know well the Halberd wielding in order to have facilities for assimilating the subtilities in his Techiques of Transformations.
The Novel Tây-Du Ký (Journey in the West) from Ngô Thừa Ân - 吳承恩 Wou Cheng En (1506~1581) writen under the MING Dynasty, had also glorified this Pole-Arm that is the «Sun-Moon Cudgel - Nhật-Nguyệt Trượng» (日月仗) throughout the figure Cha-Seng (Dharma name Cha-Wou-Tsing) :
My Weapon is made of wood from a Cinnamon Tree which has grown in Palaces of the Moon,
It takes the name of Monsters Destructor ;
Ngô-Cang (Wou Kang) himself carved it with his axe
And Lổ-Bang (Lou Pan) hewed it with his own hands.
This Cudgel changes wonderfully on my willingness,
It gets bigger or smaller, and it creates the terror aroud it.
If I need a Trident, it becomes Trident,
Or all another thing that I will.
